Description

The Disc In application helps coaches of all levels to take charge of a team.
The application consists of 3 parts:
- Frisbee: Users will be able to draw inspiration from the best exercises put in place by experienced coaches. These exercises, described by animations and/or videos, have also been grouped by us into training programs. By following these programs, you will be able to easily structure your season to help your team acquire new skills.
- Fitness: Physical preparation programs with and without equipment are available. Players who follow these programs will be ready to perform during games.
- Theory: A lexicon explains the vocabulary used by Ultimate players. Short videos present the theoretical and tactical basics to master in order to become a good coach.
