Please only install Discover Music if you have been instructed to do so by the bar, restaurant or hotel you are currently situated.
Discover Music allows you to interact with the background music player in supported venues. It shows what’s currently playing and allows you to request music within the confines of the timetabled playlists allowed by the venue.
• Location aware, you must inside the supported venue.
• See what’s currently playing now and next.
• View a selection of the venues current music playlist.
• Request a track to play free of charge and see if it gets accepted.
• Receive notifications when your request will play.
• Share your experience on Facebook or Twitter.
• Buy tracks from the venue’s playlist via iTunes referral.
• Rate tracks which will be posted to the venue music suppliers.
• Preview tracks before requesting by listening to the first few seconds.

Pretty good but not enough selections
This app is very good but there’s not enough music selections… Please add more pop/R’N’B songs like Mariah Carey or Nicki Minaj !!

Great idea but not there yet
The app keeps selecting the wrong location, would be great if it allowed you to type in your location or bring up a list of businesses in the area. The auto location is annoying and incorrect most of the time.
Great app
This app is such an innovative idea, and is well made and easy to use. However it would be good if there were a function to cancel a request, and also if it were possible to see a list of venues where this app is in use, as I only know of my student union at the moment.
