Discover Venice - Venezia Tour

The app is not stable. I start listening to the audio for a landmark, then switch to the maps or camera app, and the audio plays for a couple of minutes and then crashes (most likely) as the audio stops, and when I go back to the app it asks me to buy the app again. How could it forget that I purchased the audio? It’s not impossible to resume the audio, but it’s cumbersome when it keeps happening every 5 minutes. I would say it’s not usable on location, when you want to orient yourself or take pictures.

Very useful, it helped us enjoy Venice. Exceptional audio guides, in terms of quality of the content and number of buildings it covers

Recommend if you are visiting Venice, especially the city center and the most important attractions. We also used it to decide what’s we wanted to visit( it highlights the most important with a star) and launched the google map navigation to the destination from the app

It has much more content than we managed to listen or read. It's been really useful!

It kept us company while waiting in line for the Doge Palace, the Basilica etc... with it we didn't have to buy a guide for every place we visited

A practical and cheap solution for a tour in Venice. Lots of interesting info.

A really professional app, it has a guide for all the important places in Venice, and with it we discovered us to a few interesting places we didn't know about, out of the usual tours.

Brilliant app for navigating around Venice, would definitely recommend if you plan to visit Venice by foot.

I haven’t yet used this audio tour in Venice I’m listening to it in anticipation of a future visit. The commentaries seem interesting and I’m enjoying the parts I am able to listen to. However my narrations keep being cut at a 5 min “trial period” despite me having forked out £3.99 to buy the app. So I am frustrated & annoyed. I have had a response from the developer to say I am on the old version of the app - but as my apps update automatically and there is no update available that I can see this is not helping. I’m now in Venice using a guidebook :(

Pretty much every time I opened the app; I was asked to ‘buy guide’ even though I had already done so. After many attempts and re launches of the app it did work. The guide was informative but would have appreciated more of a ‘walk round’ the area or building being described.
