Terrible customer service. I got suspended for “braking the rules”... I didn’t brake any, and they don’t give explanation on what was the exact problem. Just imagine if you would spend a lot of money on the app and then they do this to you... Not recommended at all.

Love the app but the recent Princess Fan Choices are so blatantly rigged 😂

Great game but needs tower of terror cards.

I used to like this app a lot. It was fun to trade cards with other collectors. Lately, the app is crashing, takes time to load, or just buffering. There’s nothing magical with magical gift.

With the 30th Anniversary of Lion King we got an awesome set but I fear this app going the way of Bunt and Star Wars Card Trader with the limited Legendary’s of 30. The amount of uber limited cards made Bunt and SWCT toxic and full of greedy people. Disney Collect is fun which is why a lot of people migrated to it recently. Please don’t muddy the waters with consistently low card counts and please steer clear of 1/1’s.

I never wright reviews so this is weird to me and will probably sound fake but I low key am obsessed with this game, I never knew so many people loved Disney as much as I do!! I only have a few recommendations, I wish with the VIP monthly rewards we could get Dimond’s, I am a daily user of this game and wish there were other ways to earn Dimond’s (even if it’s in smaller amounts) with out spending money. Also i prefer to sort and organize my cards by movie so 10 personal sets is not enough for me😤❤️. It’s so tricky to keep track and collect all my favorite characters from movies when I can only view 10 personal set separations at a time. Anyways I love Topps and Disney and absolutely adore that this game exists. Oooo and one last thing, something I would spend money on (besides Dimond’s) would be older sets, for example I am a newer user and I would so pay real money in the app to buy all uncommon or rare for a older set not available in store. Being a newer user it means I don’t have a lot of cards that long term players want and when it comes to sets i understand other players not wanting to give cards up(I’m the same way) so I think it would be really cool if we could purchase other older sets in a lower rarity to get the cards and reward. To add to this proposal it wouldn’t hurt the value of the cards if they were to cycle back out at a later time because there are still rare and up cards that you can’t purchase otherwise. Just some ideas!💡 Thank you!!!❤️❤️

Lots of potential but needs improvements. Can only go so far without spending real money or trading. Trading side of it is so toxic and people take it far too seriously. Not to mention the pointless one way rating system. If ya got money to burn it’s a fun app. Otherwise it’s kind of a time waste peppered with a bunch of very dedicated folks who need to touch grass. Expect a lot of rudeness and toxicity. More stress than it’s worth.

As a Disney fan, I love this game!! I do have a lot connection issue. I’ll purchase a pack and it won’t open up, then I’ll do another one. Later I will get a message telling me I have an unopened pack. It’s constantly tells me it can’t connect with server. I’m an iPhone 12 user and keep everything up to date and I have no issues with anything else I open, so I’m thinking that it isn’t on my end. I play this daily, several times a day! I’m opposed with collecting and if the connections are fixed I’ll be glad to change my rating. Updated 4/27/24: Still having a lot of connection issues. The game keeps timing out. Please Please Please fix this problem. I love this game!

But what happened to earning avatars? You used to be able to earn avatars based on progress. Now it’s just collecting and there’s barely any new packs. A once perfect app is now going downhill very fast.
