มีปัญหาเรื่องการล็อกอินค่ะ ชำระไปแล้วแต่เข้าไม่ได้เนื่องจากติดเบอร์เก่า(ซึ่งเราชำระผ่านเบอร์ใหม่แต่ไปซิ้งค์เบอร์เก่าเฉยเลย) ส่งอีเมลล์ ส่งปัญหาไปทางแอพโดยตรง ข้อความทางเฟสบุคก็ส่งไป ไม่ได้รับการตอบกลับสักช่องทางเลยค่ะ

Indian movie and series

Disney do the partiality, they remove all Indian movie and series from their app so that all Indian living overseas countries, can’t watch.

ผมใช้แอบไม่ได้ครับผมได้ทำการจากตังไปแล้วมันเป็นรูป TV ผมเสียตังไปแล้วนะครับ10กว่ายูโร โครตอยากได้เงินคืนเลยครับ

ใช้กับ chromecast ไม่เวิร์ค

ช่วยทำให้คอนเน็คกับ google chromecast เหมือน app เจ้าอื่นที่เค้าไม่ต้องให้ใส่ pin ด้วยครับ

จ่ายแล้วดูไม่ได้

โครตเซ็งเลยครับจ่ายไปแล้วเงินหักจากบัญชีแล้วดูไม่ได้พอกดสมัครใหม่ก็ขึ้นสมัครไม่ได้

I’m Thai and I living in Saudi I would like to use the disney+ but the issue is there no have Thai subtitle.

มันขึ้นให้retry แต่กดเท่าไหร่มันก็เข้าไม่ได้เลยค่ะ

ชำระเงินแล้วดูไม่ได้

ผมได้ทำงานชำระเงินไปแล้ว ละหักเงินไปแล้วแต่ดูไม่ได้ควรทำไงครับ

ดูบนทีวีแล้ว กระตุก

ดูบน ทีวีแบบ smart tv กระตุกมาก เน็ตก็เเรง ค่ายอื่นไม่กระตุกเลย !! แก้ไข หรืออกตัวอัพเดตด้วยนะคะ
