What’s the point of this app? The Disney Store itself? When you order things they just cancel the order and say “oops”

Awful
I only wanted one shirt, and after I ordered it, they cancelled the order without notifying me. I had to reach out to find out what happened. Now when I try to order the same item again, the app doesn’t let me.

Not working after update
Just updated my app and now it is not working. It crashes as soon as the loading screen finishes
Not sure what the issue is…
Me & my wife both are on 18.0.1 and neither of us can launch the app as it immediately crashes. I only gave the rating for that issue and will be happy to change it once the issue is resolved. Will also attempt to check support for a resolution. We have both restarted iPhones and did a fresh install. fYI

Miss the days where the app wouldn’t crash all the time. Also miss how one could shop park merchandise now it just seems all mixed in. Regardless what’s the point of having an app that can’t be used if it won’t open?
Gift cards not saved
Not just about the app but about the online business as a whole. Your site does not store gift cards, just in case one of your items is returned or you still have money on it, almost every other business does this. You do have the option to store redemption reward cards though, that makes no sense.
