I have used the app multiple times and now suddenly I open the app and it states it detects my phone is jailbroken and it does not support jailbroken phones. I’ve had my phone for 2 years and used the app during that time and never “jailbroke” it. Same carrier the entire time. Please help.

I have a new phone purchased at Verizon. No 3rd party software. Have used this phone to use your application before, now I am getting this crazy message that your app is detecting a jailbroken phone. What the…. Fix this in your next update…..

App will not work. It says it detected that my phone might be jailbroken (and it is not nor has it ever been).

It’s supposed to make buying items easier.. I can’t even do that because downloading it and I keep getting kicked off or it reboots and not it tells me my phone is jailbroken when I know it absolutely is not, and forget about buying anything in demand because the second you get to checkout it’s already sold out.

I’d have rather sent this to the developer instead of as a review, but cannot find a way to send an error report. When I try to open the app it gives a warning about detecting my phone may be jailbroke. I’ve never jailbroken any iPhone I’ve ever had so this has to be an error on their part. They need to fix this. I’ve restarted my phone and removed and reinstalled the app to no avail.

The app will not open. It says that it appears that my device is jailbroken. I have never had any jailbroken device. Even deleted and reinstalled the app. Still doesn’t work.

Keep getting a message that the app does not support a jail broken phone but mine is not like that. Something wrong with the app since the last update.

Since the new update on 6/13/24, I am getting an error message when I try to open the Disney Store app. It says the app does not work on jailbroken phones. My phone has never been jailbroken. I purchased my new 15 Pro from AT&T directly. Please fix your app.

Bought size medium but was sent 2x. Sent it back and now my orders get cancelled minutes after placing as unable to process payment. Won’t accept a Disney gift card, charge card or a debit card all with funds available. I call and they tell me I need to pay for the wrong size dress they sent me which was returned and they did get it back.

The apps ok. I love Disney but in my apinoin, way more expensive than the Disney store in Tennessee. there was a cute canvas of tangeled, and it was $500. And I think you'd half to be crazy to spend that much on a small canvas so it's just not an app for me.
