Not worth the money anymore
This app used to be really good but unfortunately it is no longer accurate from my experience and it did not accept my dinner times and was bugged for rest times. Disneys wait times were much closer to accurate times. For the 2 days I used this app, we had to double all the times it predicted. It was much better in the past. I have purchased it 4 times over the years. Was happy with it in the past but no longer. I sent a message regarding my concerns and was told someone would contact me but with 2 days left to our vacation no one responded yet. Not worth the cost !
Great, but where is the map???!!
I love playing out different scenarios and getting the optimizations. But the ESSENTIAL feature IMO, of seeing the resulting map for the plan is not available! Right where you need it: in the app on your phone, in the park. Having to print it and bring it from home kind of defeats the purpose 0f having an app.
Plan is great, but not the app
I am happy with my purchase of the yearly plan, but the app is not fully functional. There is a spot to tap for Dining where you should be able to see the menus and it does work for some restaurants, but not all of them. I contacted the company a couple of weeks ago and they said they’re working on it, but I feel a bit deceived, as I feel like the app is only half baked. The plans work well on my computer, but this review is for the app itself.

There’s several mentions of “fast pass”. There’s no way to add Disney Springs to your plans. Editing and adding is a pain. Not straight forward. The concept is amazing. But the execution needs work.

Not sure how to switch from Disneyworld to DisneyLand in the app though?
Invaluable information
This app is crucial to anyone planning a Disney vacation. The crowd calendars, while not 100% accurate, give an excellent estimate on wait times you’ll encounter. The chat feature gives you access to hundreds of like-minded Disney travellers who are knowledgeable and helpful with all your questions. But the best feature is the Touring Plans. They are incredible! My family thinks I am a planning wizard. We waited less than 30 minutes for every single ride when we went in 2016 thanks to our touring plan. We’re going back soon and I’ve got my new plans all ready to go. Get the app, get the subscription and have a Magical Vacation!
Good software but you need to update crowd calendar
I have used this software multiple times with generally good luck at Disneyland. However this is my second time using it at Disney World in mid to late January and early February and the crowd calendar and wait times are simply inaccurate. It is just so much busier than you are listing and the wait times are too low. We have arrived at exactly the time our plan says only to face wait times double what is on the plan, even first thing in the morning. This throws the whole plan out and you have to skip a number of things. The crowds are way heavier than you are predicting. I appreciate this software and wouldn’t go to Disney without a plan but it needs to be updated.
