DispatchTrack Mobile

It would be great if you could upload photos from your phone's library. Otherwise the app is excellent.

It works when it wants to when you log into dispatch it sometimes doesn’t even want to log out. And if you delete the app off of your phone or whatever you’re using everything you did that day will be completely deleted

Before we was able to use the map and go back to different dates to check information on those stops. Now that feature has been removed. There is also an issue with not being able to check truck number on iOS 18.1 before I was able to check and also upload and log out. Now I have to log into my phone and upload and log out from there. I use my iPad for work. Please fix thanks.

SIEMPRE me saca de sesión y tengo que desinstalar la app para volver a entrar, aveces las fotos salen en BLANCO y tengo que volver a tomar la foto, el mapa se regresa al último stop siempre que veo la información de otra parada etc es una porqueria de aplicación solo perdemos tiempo

App always logs me out whenever Customer care or another helper edits something on the job order. Sometimes app freezes and won’t reload so I have to delete the app then re download just to get it to work again. Very problematic when trying to move quickly throughout my day as a independent contractor with many jobs daily.

There was absolutely no reason to change the app it was way more simple and user friendly before. Instead of fixing bugs you decided to change the interface great decision

The way the DispatchTrack looks now is horrible. It looks cheap. They barely took any effort in making it the way it was before. It was perfect. It had its problems, but it was easier to read now the way that it is in the checklist and the order list is horrible. I hope it goes back the way it was.

What was The Point Of Making It More Complex & messy, it already had enough issues now I can’t imagine the headaches it will cause.

It’s like you actively chose to make this app less functional and more buggy just so you could make it look different. You switched buttons around so now the cancel button is on the side where the save button used to be!? Now I have to press two different buttons to take a picture? Are you actively TRYING to make the app worse for the user? Let me guess you’re going to call all the bugs a “feature” or label them “user error.”
