Unlike ALL other interval trainers, we focus on distance interval training instead of timed intervals (although you can run those too)!
Training for 100m, 200m or 1000m runs? Set your sprinting\running distance, as well as a rest distance and we will notify you when to start and stop your intervals! Works great for walking intervals as well!
Works with your music to insure that you don’t miss a notification!
Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
