Disturbia

I’ve been shopping with Disturbia since before they had a US shop or even plus sizes. And the app was such an exciting notion. It crashes constantly, doesn’t show item details or even offer a button to add to cart half the time. I just updated the app and it’s even glitchier than before. Come on, yall. Fire your app developer and get someone who knows what they’re doing.

I was able to log in but I can’t make any purchases or even pick a side for any item I click on. The app either freezes when I try to choose a size or there’s just a blank white screen under the item. A lot of brands have apps that work well, what is going on

From some one who favorites stuff so much that most apps glitched I didn’t even try that. The clean interface is wonderful & much appreciated, there is such ease in navigating. These are things I’m FUSSY about so it’s nice to see such an awesome design.

This is really unfortunate from a band I really like since I’ve used their app in the past with no issues, but now not only is it so buggy but their favorites are broken. Not just on the app either, both the site and I app. Needs some work before I’ll change my rating. I emailed them months ago about this problem and they said they were aware and it would be fixed soon but I see no progress being made. Sad.

I have tried to sign in several times and I just get sent back to the same screen over and over again. I can’t add to my favorites because I can’t log in. I can’t do a lot of things because I CANNOT LOGIN!

The app doesn’t work properly. It keeps freezing and crashing. I can’t even add anything to cart because it doesn’t give me the option to. Definitely needs to be worked on.

It won’t let me create a log in. I bought something off the app and I haven’t gotten anything saying I bought it so I don’t even know if they got it. A little unnerving spending money on a site that may or may not work.

The favorites feature is one of my favorites and I use it to wishlist items to then narrow down for my cart. It’s a little buggy and the last few times I’ve used the app the Mimic (good one) sweater multiplies in the favorites every time I open it. And an archive list of purchased items to view as a personal closet would be nice when pairing items together for styling.

Love the store. But the app needs a lot of work it crashes a lot and has to be deleted and reloaded constantly. Very frustrating when trying to shop. 😫

I can’t login to my account and nothing ever saves when I add it to my favorites. I was excited for this app but it definitely needs to be fixed to improve user experience.
