Promos are too fast to be consumed.

My data is too fast to consume! I just registered Live it Data app booster 50 this morning, it is good for 7 days and a total of 8GB data and it is says that is fully consumed just this evening?! same day that I registered to this promo?! it is impossible! it is usually consumed in how many days! but there is also some other days that your service is like this! your promos are a scam!

My DITO e-load experience was a disaster. The representative was unhelpful and confused, making simple questions feel impossible to answer. The purchase process was a mess; I repeated my information multiple times, but errors still occurred. My money disappeared, but the e-load never arrived. Customer service was nonexistent. I lost money and time, and felt completely ignored. Avoid DITO e-load.

Sobrang hina ng signal, habang tumatagal ay mas lalong nahina. Wag kayong bumili ng sim na ito. Itapon ninyo na lang. walang kwenta

KUSANG NAGBABAWAS YUNG LOAD BALANCE SA WALLET NG DITO SIM, NAKA ILANG REPORT NA PERO WALANG ACTIONS OR REFUND. NAG LOAD AKO PERO HINDI PUMAPASOK SA WALLET, PERO MAY TEXT AKO NATATANGGAP NA PUMASOK NA YUNG LOAD. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE NA, NANANAKAWAN PA SA LOAD BALANCE WALLET. THIS IS VERY ALARMING, SO TO ALL DITO SIM USERS, IT’S TIME PARA MAG PALIT KAYO AT BOYCOTT NA NATIN ITO.
