Log in issues and level of support
Although I took a subscription, I faced issues with my log in and got zero level of support. The reset password procedure doesn’t work for months.

Although I took a subscription, I faced issues with my log in and got zero level of support. The reset password procedure doesn’t work for months.
In the past I had send an email to customer service regarding the foto gallery issues. I got as answer that I the foto gallery symbol was not working and if I want take or choose pictures I should select the + top right. Since the last update I cannot get acces to my foto gallery this way anymore. However the gallery symbol left of the + is working but not correct. When I select the gallery symbol I get acces to my foto gallery to choose pics. After I have to select plus and can choose the pic in a created map select pictures. The problem is if I want to select more pictures I can't get acces to my foto gallery nor by selecting + nor by selecting gallery symbol. If I want to select more I first have to close the app and start again. So you just can select pictures ones each time when you open the app. Even when it would work in my opinion it’s to complicate. To many steps to get a pic in your dive. Why you can’t go directly to the created map in the app after you’ve selected the picture? Now I it takes 5 steps to add a picture in my dive. Before this update is was less complicated. Also since the last update I notice divecloud isn’t always available. This is the worst in my opinion because I’ve spent 10 euros for this Hopefully this will help the developers to improve this really nice digital logbook app.
Impossible d’envoyer ses données personnelles l’application se connecte avec l’iPhone et puis aucun transfert de données. Cela tourne indéfiniment.
