Best dive computer system love the system
Not syncing
Cannot connect to the app on my watch although both devices are updated and bluetooth is on
The app is not working
I have the latest iOS on iPhone 15 pro And the latest update of the apple watch ultra The app is not working any more nor syncing This should be a resilient app This is the second case I am opening after your latest update Would you be able to help ! Specially I bout the Apple Watch ultra to use it as a diving computer And it’s not anymore
App is not synching with phone
I tried the app for the first time over a month ago and it worked well during the first dive. After that it stopped synching with my phone. I contacted customer support since the to fix this issue the agent replied 2 days later telling to provide her with some data, I did what she told me to and since then I never received any reply from their side. The app is still por working and they are not answering. Very customer support.
Problem with sync
Update: now the dives deleted on the watch I just bought my Apple Watch ultra and this was first time to try it in scuba diving, i didn’t have any problems with the app on the watch, but on the iPhone, it just sync the first dive and didn’t sync the other forth ones, they appeared only on log book at the watch
