Divoom: Pixel art community

The new update killed my love for the products I have. My device settings appear to have been deleted, nothing loads, a lot of options appear to have vanished, and setting up new animations to play on my 64 or speaker is agonizingly slow if it works at all. The realization that my use of these products, which are both really cool, depends on this app working not just now but in perpetuity has made me regret my purchase. They could have made this not be the case by incorporating an sd card or usb drive into the system that reads the images but then they wouldn’t be able to steal your data. Now it’s just a matter of waiting for this company to go defunct and all support for these devices disappears. My advice: don’t buy from these people, especially now that the app doesn’t work.

App a bit slow but fun

I bought a time gate due to seeing it pop up on IG and tik tok, boy was I wrong in buying this. The app literally crashes anytime you do something. You can search Reddit and will see tons of people complaining about this product and app. All the people who do reviews on it are paid by Divoom.

So I downloaded the app for my dittoo pro and it works perfectly fine but when I try microphone on my Apple Watch the ditoo resets when Bluetooth is enabled and it’s connected the app is the greatest if you looking for art and stuff but honestly it’s fine! -1 improvement/ Fix the microphone when the ditoo is on -2 improvement I think there’s a bug but if I click the ditoo pro Menu button it’s a little laggish and that it

I have three different products that all use the app and it is just a clunky mess and with the most recent update it now has bloody freaking ads when you open the app. Divoom products are not cheap trash that I paid good money for. I don’t know who decided this was a good idea but they got it wrong. Now after year and a half of using Divoom products, I still have not seen any real improvements that would take it from a hard to use clunky mess to something simple with a good UI that looks good and is easy to use. The sad part is there is no other alternative when using Divoom products and that is what is holding this company back. So go ahead and download it because you really do need to use it. I just wish that they would listen and fix the app.

I have 4 of them. Money well spent

Really poor UI design, the fonts, icons and popups are horrible, a college student would have done a better job than that. Poor UX, and why do I need to register to be able to access my local device I paid? I do not need yet another account and stop trying to act like a social network app. The device hardware itself is ok, if not someone already did opensource code to control the device by other means I would sure not even consider it.

All the Divoom devices I’ve tried seem well made and are pretty cool. But the app is not so great. It really needs more customization options for user created clocks, stock tickers and other live information. Plus the layout is annoying.
