Crashes and no support.
Yes the game can be fun and had potential. Then… boom. Can’t finish the level, even when it is finished. You will lose all the credits, all rewards and the level is stuck. You will contact support for several days. No reply, no apology. If the support contacted with explanation and assurance that they are working on the issue, then I understand. But I was forced to be Karen and here it goes. I will waste my time on another game.
Fav game
This game got me through my pregnancy and my early days postpartum while baby slept. It’s sooo fun and addicting it’s my absolute fav game!!!
Satisfied
I’ve never been so obsessed with a game before , even as a mum & my phone decided to shutdown on me , I had brought a new one and I searched for this phone for a whole week or two before I found it again !!
Freezing
You get to level 960 and the game starts freezing up very disappointing considering I was enjoying this game.
Can’t pass level 5 VIP
Have reported via app that you can clear the board on VIP 5 but you can’t get to next level as it says there’s 8 chocolate eggs to clear. These eggs don’t appear so you can’t clear even with the extra moves. I’ve spent money on this game and can’t progress.

Great game but had freezing and loading issues last 48hrs. Deleted and re-added game but has not fixed.
