DIZO Wear is a newly designed and developed application which is only work for our new line of smart watches.
Main features:
Sync your steps,calories,mileage,heart rate,sleep and your exercise records recorded by your watch. The newly designed UI can display the data more intuitively.
After you bind and authorize,we will push your phone’s incoming call and SMS to your watch to avoid you missing information.
You can use the app to configure your watch’s sedentary alert,alarm clocks,schedules,backlight as well as sync weather and AGPS files(assisting the watch itself to locate) and other features, so you can use your watch better.
In the course of your use, if you have any questions, you can always ask, we will listen to your suggestions and make improvements.

Crashing
Everytime i try to open app it crashes.i have to uninstall then reinstall app
Watch won’t reboot
Watch won’t reboot after putting new face on it tried with charger. Ran battery down and. Recharged. To see if that would solve it didn’t 😡😡
Doesn’t hold data
Even after I unbind and rebind it doesn’t have any fitness data and doesn’t store it.
Fed up
The app collapses and refuses to work unless I reload it, every couple of days at the moment. Time to save up for something better.
App problem
My watch seems to be working okay but my app is not responding & getting any information from my watch. The last information from my watch to the app was 22/12/21. I have deleted both watch & app but still not working. Watch SMA-R4. Bluetooth & internet have no problems.
App constantly crashes!
The app keeps crashing every time it’s opened, when it does eventually open it allows some settings to be adjusted but crashes randomly. Firmware is up to date.
Crushing for past two days
It was really good app but past two days os keep crushing, I can’t open it at all even after reinstall whole app. Any ideas what’s the reason?
HELP PLEASE
I just rated this 5 stars for attention On my watch and app there is no gps and I’ve allowed both the watch and going fit to access all location services and know where the watch is at all times plus I always open gps in open space outside. At the bottom of the watch section on the app it say “AGPS-Update” I’ve clicked on that but it never loaded! I’ve got an extremely good Wi-Fi connection, always at 5 bars and I also have an amazing signal strength which is always at max signal. Could you help me please? (By the way the watch is Gandley) Thanks for reading, please reply ASAP
Won’t work
Before the update I was fine with it after the update I can’t get my phone to connect to my watch I have tried two phones and it still won’t connect
