Censorship

I have no reason to keep this app now that you suspend the only a count I follow for not complying to your chat censorship. Free speech is freedom. You can’t have one without the other. Cutting you out like cancer. How do I delete my account?

Billed charges without my consent. Probably the worst streaming platform in terms of functionality, viewership and customer service.

I signed up for this app a while ago for some reason (not into streaming so idk why), but downloaded the app again recently to delete my account. Saw sort of what I expected, lots of seemingly white nationalist americans (didn’t watch any of the streams, but one can make a pretty good guess), cryptocurrency stuff and apparent misinformation, but when I tried to sign into my account to delete it, there were a couple glaring issues I noticed: 1. Not really relevant to the rest of this review, but the interface is just really unappealing 2. When I got my password wrong on the sign in page, instead of saying “incorrect password” or something similar like most websites do, it showed a message saying something like “account error” (I can’t remember exactly what it was), which is just pretty confusing and unclear. Though the error message was probably not technically wrong, clarity on these sorts of things makes for a much better user experience 3. When I then tried to reset my password I entered my email and new password into the corresponding boxes, clicked the “send” button next to the verification code box, and I got another unhelpful error message. I think it said something along the lines of “captcha not completed” (again, I can’t remember the exact message, though I believe the wording was even less clear) yet there was no captcha that had shown up in any part of the process, nor any button to initiate it The sign in process was so annoying that I just deleted the app and gave up. I’m not sure if this is some sort of ploy to prevent people from deleting their accounts (which wouldn’t make a lot of sense as it also inhibits people from signing into their accounts with the intention of using them), or if the app is just this bad all around, but either way it doesn’t make for a good experience. TL;DR, interface is ugly, app makes it pretty impossible to sign into your account if you don’t remember your password, content is also pretty bad

Problem.

I can’t wait watch any replays whenever I try opening any they just start loading for hours and the screen is black. I tried to watch on my laptop as well but the same thing happened please fix this.
