I was registering complain and under not working I was typing description , app got hang while typing description and later got crashed almost 6 times in a row . Please have a fix and update on this

Best internet in the town

One of the worst internet service provider in a region. No proper on time resolution customer support person keeps repeating same sentence just like a robot. If you don’t want people to get rid of your service JUST IMPROVE IT. You have lost on of the most valuable customer today

One of the worst service I saw in my life I paid the amount for my plan and the guy his name is Mukesh he said u will get connection in 3 days but now it’s more then 4 days n m still waiting for my connection even the guy who came for the connection he didn’t picked my calls n even I didn’t get response from customer care

i m using iOS device in this application i m not able to is if my broadband is active or not

They have poor service, their internet is not up to the mark and the customer care is also not responsive. The queries and issues raised doesn’t get solved till 4-5 days and they call us for plan renewals from a month before the plan expires.

In 2022, the worst internet services provided by DNA. And charging more than to the other competitors. There have no option for 0 point, else I will give that 0 review point.
