In November 2016, we launched this range of online support and information tools called the Take Control Toolkit. The Toolkit offers a comprehensive range of information and advice for you and is grouped into four important areas– Health, Wellbeing, Food & Nutrition and Physical Activity.
This Take Control Toolkit has been designed to help people better understand and manage their diabetes and over 40 online materials in downloadable print or video forms will be made available.
There is a lot of valuable information and the individual ‘tools’ have been developed so you can use all of them together or choose from the ones that are more relevant for your needs.
