After opening the app, suddenly it asks for a login and i inputted the correct email address and password but it does not go through. I then tried to reset the password and it said account does not exist? I have around 37 ringgit balance and this happened? Please fix and give me my account back. If not, I demand a refund.

If u lazy to maintain ur app go bankrup i wast my time to topup my credit but app keep asking promo code to proceed what the heck ??

The app was somewhat fine for the past few months but suddenly error and shows message saying that credential were incorrect. There are still tokens balance in my account which i think it’s such a waste if i create a new one. I entered correct email and even successfully changed the password but still error when try to login. There’s nobody in the outlet to assist too even though it’s weekdays and during working hours as stated in the store.

Please remove your referral system if it doesn’t work at all. Why waste the time resources and effort to do something that doesn’t work. And to provide a customer service channel that ignores and doesn’t respond, do all this for show and tell? Please delete my account in that case, waste my time and effort and potentially steam my data and info and sell to advertiser. Thank you
