I booked an appointment for 9 PM, but shortly after, the hospital notified me that the time had been changed to 11:20 PM. When I tried to get a refund due to the timing change, my request was refused—even after I paid an additional refund charge—because they claimed the doctor’s session had already started. DO NOT THE EXTRA CHARGE FOR REFUNDS; instead, reschedule the appointment through the hospital, which is what I ultimately had to do. Very disappointed with the lack of flexibility despite getting an extra charge for refunds
Not working
The 'Channeling' tab has not been working for months.
Possibility the slowest app
App is very slow. When you search a doctor and wanted to go back, it always says loading and never goes back. Instead you have to go all the way back to first screen. Useless.

Unable to channel a doctor; the message “PAGE NOT FOUND!” has been appearing for a while now. The core feature of this app is not working.
