Features:
You can upload your radiology images to the application along with detailed complaint and medical history information. You can receive interpretation for X-ray, Mammography, Ultrasonography, Computed Tomography (CT), and Magnetic Resonance (MR) images.
Frequently Asked Questions:
*Who will interpret my radiology images?
-Your radiology images will be interpreted by specialized radiologists who have double board-certification in addition to their radiologist diploma.
*What is the European Radiology Diploma?
-The EDiR is an additional qualification of excellence, and it serves as a tool for the standardization and accreditation of radiologists across European borders. It provides an international benchmark for general radiology and is officially and fully endorsed by the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS) and the ESR. The knowledge base for the examination is based on the European Training Curriculum for Radiology, Level I-II. For more information, visit: https://www.myebr.org/edir/certification-of-excellence
*How can I ensure the confidentiality of my medical information and radiology images?
-DocOrbit complies with GDPR principles. Your information and images are securely protected in databases, and after consultation, your account, images, and information can be deleted at any time. For more detailed information, visit this link: https://docorbit.com/en/privacy/tr/
*How soon will my images be interpreted?
-Usually, interpretation is completed within 48 hours at the latest. For complex examinations, this time may rarely reach 72 hours, and in such cases, the clients are informed.
*Is each radiology examination interpreted by the same radiologist?
-No, there are separate radiology specialist doctors for each body part. For example, neuro-radiology specialist doctors interpret images such as Brain CT, Brain MR, Pituitary MR, while musculoskeletal radiology specialist doctors interpret images like Knee MR, Shoulder MR, and Hip CT.
*What does marking issues in the image mean?
-When interpreting your radiology images, pathologies in the image (e.g., torn cruciate ligament in the knee, liver mass, lung nodule, etc.) are marked with arrows and added to the commentary. This way, clients can see and understand the reported problem themselves and track changes during the follow-up and treatment process.
*Will only the radiology images be included in the interpretation process?
-No, detailed medical history information will be obtained from you before uploading your radiology images to the system. This may include age, weight, gender, complaints, medical history, smoking history, surgical history, and other relevant information. All this information will be evaluated along with your images for interpretation.
*Can I ask questions about my illness and images after interpretation?
-Of course! During the consultation, the messaging feature between the radiology specialist doctor and the client becomes active, allowing the doctor to ask questions to the client or vice versa. The messaging feature remains active until the end of the consultation.
