Nói chung ứng dụng rất tốt, mỗi tội mình cập nhật thông tin cá nhân rất lâu, thay đổi hình cchn cũng không được.

Xác minh thông tin quá chậm

Phần mềm yêu cầu xác minh thông tin quá lâu, báo 24h nhưng sau đó vẫn không chịu xác minh. Yêu cầu thay đổi nội dung hồ sơ cũng vậy. Mail support cũng hỗ trợ chậm trễ.

Ứng dụng phải có tính năng nhớ thời gian xem video. Hội thảo 1-2h mà xem lại là xem từ đầu, chỉnh thời điểm để xem tiếp rất mất thời gian

Rất thất vọng

App được giới thiệu thông qua nhiều hội thảo nhưng khi đăng kí xác nhận thông tin luôn báo lỗi và không xem được webinar nào cả
