Doctena is simply great, by facilitating getting appointments with doctors. The app, though, is extremely user unfriendly. Eg need to log in all the time (despite a"remember me" feature). Getting an appointment is also not intuitive, not to mention getting repeated appointments. Much room to improve

Mobile app does not provide possibility to apply for a video appointments. I only find it on a desktop version. Besides it prompts for the login and pass each time and logs-off very quickly. No biometry possible.

Doctena charges 500€ PER MONTH the doctors to be on the app, and yet they can’t hire a single IT developer that makes the button “remember me” or face ID work. Having to relog 10 times per day to check doctors is a nightmare; especially when you are tired and sick. I wish a competitor comes on the market soon to replace this company that doesn’t listen to user feedbacks.

The app has gotten worse over the past year. The latest updates broke several functionalities. Hope it gets fixed soon. Update a year later - still bad… have to re-connect every single time I use the app 🤦‍♀️

Every single time one has to log in even though there is an option to Remember me! What type of app devs don’t understand what that means? Don’t be lazy!

Bad interface, very frustrating user experience. You always have to re-authenticate, despite using "remember me". Navigation sucks, you get stuck in pages without back button a lot of times. Left menu is so confusing. At least, you can book an appointment, so the app fulfills its purpose. Since it’s the only way to do this in Luxembourg, I guess you don’t need to bother developing a good app or even improving the existing one.

The app never remembers my name and password although I tick « remember me ». Very annoying. Also very often I must reset my password. Even more annoying. Once inside, it works well. And it is nice to find the history of my appointments.

The app is super useful but it is really not user-friendly. It is cumbersome to book several appointments and often the app fails to load correctly. What a pity!

Ce n’est pas ou plus une app, mais un lien vers une page internet qui ne garde pas en mémoire vos identifiants. De plus impossible de faire une recherche par le nom du médecin.

I rarely submit reviews for apps but this one deserves 0 stars. It’s not an app but just a browser that leads to their website. Zero functionality and horrible customer experience. Who in earth approved it. The only reason this app still exists is because they monopolized the market in Luxembourg. Let’s wait until someone else comes and it will be dead.
