The Raksa app was taken by Docteranywhere and the cost of medication and the few for making an appointment with softer is very expensive than before even I had to order the same medication but the cost is big different from Raksa.
This app is not really helpful. I have been trying to log in but really unsuccessful.
It would be helpful to have the time zone on the appointment time in your app calendar, or clearly state that booking times are for your current local time. Booked while using a VPN from overseas to get the Singapore app, and it is not clear whether you are booking for Singapore time or local country time. I thought I was booking to take into account the one hour time difference to Singapore, but when I logged on for my appointment, it wasn’t for another hour.
I had so much trouble trying to select an appointment. Everytime you select an appointment and proceed to payment, at the last page when you proceed and confirm payment it says the appointment is no longer available. A timer should be put on the appointment you select so no one else can select it while you are making payment - as opposed to the appointment made available to everyone and whoever pays first gets it.
I tried to do the ART test for pre- departure to Singapore for Apr17 departure. Followed all instructions right up to the final stage where I keyed in my credit card details to pay…but it could not proceed further to confirm. I went back to the start to check if I had keyed in all boxes and yes they were there but still could not complete the process. I did it all over again with a different credit card and the same thing happened. Wasted a whole hour doing the back and forth. I guess I need to look for another Online ART Test provider.
The app just shows a loading animation and can’t be used. 1 star for this non functional waste of time
