Tôi rất thích tựa game này, mô hình sống động và cơ chế cũng cực kì dễ hiểu. Bên cạnh đó, game có những gói trả phí hoàn toàn phù hợp, tôi đã mua một số chúng. Tuy nhiên, tôi mong nhà sản xuất có thể bổ sung thêm gói trả phí cho việc “tăng tốc độ làm việc cho nhân viên mãi mãi”, hơn là chỉ tăng tốc độ trong suốt sự kiện.

Overall, I’ll honestly give this a 8.5-9 out of 10. The assistants aren’t braindead morons and actually do their jobs to the fullest extents, making it a truly autonomous working environment. I believe the developer has tried their best to tackle and deal with this problem to assign individual AI to do which tasks to allow the most rewarding feeling for the player once they did unlock every staff members - and personally I’d say this developer has been the only one to have successfully dealt with this problem out of every other games following the same structure. However, later on, the game can get quite grindy with the prices, and the introduction of gems - while understandable as to the reason why - does not excuse the idea of it being just a tempt for micro transactions. As for bugs, one thing I noticed is the AI of the Staff that transport patients from Ambulance -> ER -> Beds doesn’t transport patients from Ambulance to ER and instead just stood still where the icon for transporting patients is. This is reprimanded by clicking out of the game and then returning while you’re close to him at this state, and he’ll transport them again. But this is only a temporary fix as the AI is still broken on that part afterward.
