There should be an option to cancel if you’re stuck in a waiting room for almost an hour. Instead the app forces you to stay in the waiting room and only lets the clinic cancel your appointment but they can take a very long time to do so.

睇到醫生/佢哋有打黎轉時間，每次都即日GOGOVAN 送藥，有假紙，可以問佢哋攞正式收據。 睇醫生、藥錢同送藥既錢都係分開計，但唔會話貴過出面好多，起碼真係睇到同送藥都快。 其他有啲app問左你收100蚊訂先話無得睇又無得退。
