Give your money to someone in need. This app just steals your money and provides no service. I paid to send and important fax and it was never sent, nor was a confirmation received

Does not send documents even after you purchase credits, complete scam

First it charged me &6.99 for fax credits and never gave them to me. Emailing the report a bug does nothing. Was force to purchase a second bundle. Now bank shows two charges. Finally got my credits for my 2nd purchase. Still nothing on the 1st. Now every time I try to fax it just says “timed out” and never sends it. After dozens of tries and several emails with no response I’ve been force to find a different app. Waste of $15+ dollars and over 3 hours of trying to get it to work. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS APP. IT WILL NOT WORK!

Not only was it very expensive and time consuming to use this app to scan and fax....after about $100 in charges to send i received notice that all the documents faxed were too light and not legible. The documents “looked” perfect on my end. I do not recommend this app at all i wasted my money!

Have been looking for a very safe easy scanner that would help me in sending items to others I don’t like it to be hard I feel that this is a good one thank you.
