I was trying to finish my parents and carer details and there was a bug which meant that I had to enter each letter separately because the keyboard kept disappearing. This was not a problem with my phone because I reloaded the app several times to retry this. Additionally the well-being check is not set up for an iPhone XR as I cannot scroll to the submit button as my screen is not big enough, this is very frustrating as I cannot continue within the app because there is no button to skip the wellness check. I will edit if I find more bugs.

Once I click log in it just gives a white screen. I have tried with WiFi and data and tried to delete the app and re install it but nothing works.

this app is slow and annoying to use. the one star does not reflect the badness.

I have been doing DofE with my cadet and using this app made it very easy to use. It helped me a lot and helped me reach my goals. It helps me with my physical body and mental health with the inspirations. Thanks.

The unsubmit button takes me back to the iPhone home page!! Even emailed them and haven’t helped!!

every time i log in it goes to a white screen and won’t do anything else, not even loading. i’ve tried everything: waiting, restarting phone/app, redownloading, all of the online remedies that come up when you search it and still can’t get it fixed. all throughout my bronze i just used the website and made a shortcut from my home screen to go to it but it was inconvenient and messy. i waited, just started my silver and it still doesn’t work. disappointing and has rendered the app useless to me.

Could’ve put some more effort into it. To start it’s a very unclear homepage with the profile icon seeming to be 90% of the website?!! Not only the dofe card system is awful, I’ve applied 3 times and keeps asking me to register again. 2.8 Rating for a reason.

literally just downloaded and it lets me put in my username and password and then just goes to a blank white screen. I tried refreshing the app but it’s just doing the same thing

Just goes to a white screen when I log in on both my daughter's and my phone. It is the latest update and totally useless!!
