Great App and Company

My company has been using the doForms app for nearly 10 years. We use it across our manufacturing organization to collect quality and operational data. Data is the. Connected to Power BI for further analysis. The app is quick to learn and deploy. I’ve used multiple other apps and this one is the best!

Ok forget the haters

Listen, regardless of what other people say, I’ve been using this app for a long time and I’m such a big fan. Idk abt anyone else but this app works amazing for me, amazing development, props to the team !!

No support at all

I’ve submitted multiple support logs through the app, which is the only way I can find to try to contact doForms. I can’t find a phone number. I’ve asked multiple times to cancel and they won’t reply to me. This app is not what I thought it would be.

Last update wrecked it

PLEASE JUST GO BACK TO THE LAST VERSION BECAUSE THAT ACTUALLY WORKED. Ever since the last update I am completely unable to use the app. It crashes anytime I try to sign my name in the signature boxes. Also, when submitting anything the app crashes and nothing gets submitted. When iPhone is on dark mode, it tries to make the text boxes dark as well which would be nice, but the text stays black as well, making everything completely unreadable. I have deleted the app and reinstalled, reset my phone, and tried everything. This version is completely unusable.

Background app refresh

Every time I switch applications I have to start over from the beginning I wish it would stay where I was like on my $40 tablet. I am on and up-to-date iPhone XS max

This app really needs a revisit by the usability team. Such a pain to use in the field. I agree totally with the review by jka1987

Buggiest app ever wrote

This app is awful. 9/10 times I can't even get out of the current box to move onto the next one. When you click on a box to input information, why doesn't the keyboard automatically pop up? Why do I have to selected it every time? Are you going to wish the information into the box? Also- why is there a 'next' option on the keyboard if it does not bring you to the next box. This app has more lag than windows 95 on a dial up internet connection. Might want to make it a touch more user friendly
