Use it as it is made for!
If your dog or your neighbor’s needs some support (that your neighbor the cause not the dog!). Try this as a tool to ‘say’ to the dog ‘it’s annoying to bark’. It worked very well @ 15 KHz with the two characters behind my fence. I spent some time ‘working’ (instead of raging against... the human, worth it!), waiting for them to bark and whistling few secondes. Dogs are far more clever than we are taught. They understood easily the ‘annoying ‘ thing. I then searched for ‘dog and anxiety’ on the web. And they understood this perfectly too. Music as a reward! Nothing than more sad to love dogs and be annoyed by 😡 humans😃!(‘masters’ would be over rated!😉). Consider the dogs first! Cheers
