Dogecoin Wallet by Freewallet Reviews

Fraud and fake reviews

Nyknee on

Please read the negative reviews from real users. They will ask for more verifications than your bank would and still refuse to help you. They are stealing your info. All the 5 star reviews are so fake. Who even writes like that?

Thieves

They require identification verification like all crypto exchanges except they haven't verified mine for OVER A YEAR despite having all of the necessary documents. On top of this, they tell me I need to withdraw funds because they can't "provide services" and then they REFUSE WITHDRAWALS. This is an out and out scam. Never trust Freewallet with a dime! Update: now they have demanded I get the transaction data from an exchange that is NO LONGER OPERATING. That's right, these total criminals are trying to find ANY excuse to steal the funds! Update: now they are trying to say the bank statement I sent them was "edited" despite it being directly downloaded from the bank. This complete and utter scam keeps getting more ridiculous!

FRAUD. Do NOT use anything associated with FreeWallet!!!

I’ve held DOGE since Jan 2018, it’s been a fun ride but I was ready to cash out now. I tried to cash out my Doge in December, FreeWallet won’t let me. Years ago I upped my security on the app with face recognition, PIN code, 2 step verification, drivers license, all this to protect my funds. Now when I try to cash out they say “oh it’s a security issue, you’ve been locked”. I’ve got an email chain 20 long now of them asking for my Coinbase ledger, my Freewallet ledger, where’d my funds come from, cell phone bill, water bill, drivers license again, a video of me accessing my funds. I’ve done it all and they keep asking for more, we’re waaaaay past due diligence at this point. This is fraud, they are stealing from me. This app should not be supported by Apple and they should be facing legal charges for fraud. Not only does it feel like fraud but now it feels like they’re trying to harvest as much information as they can from me so they can steal funds I don’t even have in Freewallet. When I black out account numbers they tell me they “have to have the original PDFs”. No way am I giving you all my account numbers and details, it’s criminal.

Personally, I think this application is a completely fresh dimension to the use of currencies. Yes, I am aware that these wallets have been there for a while, but why have I just learned about Freewallet now?
