DogLog - Track your dog’s life

Doglog helps my partner and I and our adult children who live at home to care for our pup together. Reduces human lapses in communication.

It’s a helpful app, but every time I close and reopen the app the custom tasks I saved will disappear. They reappear at random times but it can take several attempts at reopening the app or upwards of an hour of waiting. The custom tasks I use are for tracking his different medications and timings, training tasks and recurring behaviour/health issues, so it’s really frustrating when they are missing and only the default choices show. I can’t figure out how to fix the issue

Went through a few different apps before finding this one. Even with the basic and not going for the pro version. It has met our needs to track our new pups activities. We also like that you can add custom events and make different categories and colour code them too.

Bless this app. Seriously, this is precisely what I needed. My dog has a cough I’ve been trying to keep track of, then she started having other things I needed to make note of. I went looking for an app that could store that info and I found this. Even just the free version allows me to do so much. I can create new “events” for all of the scenarios I’m trying to keep track of. I can attach pictures. It automatically sets the time and date or I can adjust it. I can write comments to clarify what happened in each event. This app is so perfect for my needs, I’m scared they’re going to change something and ruin it on me. Thank you for this app!

This app is such a great way to keep track of all things related to my fur babies and their health. I’ve been using it for over a year and it’s wonderful. Makes vet visits so easy as you have everything noted.

Works great for tag teaming care giving and monitoring progress, simple and intuitive to use. Filters make finding historical data very easy. 4 stars instead of 5 because there is no way to export data to print a report and no way to edit the names of icon categories or their placement on the page. Hopefully we’ll see these additions in upcoming updates! 📈

This app makes it so much easier to keep track of all of our dog’s medications and events. We have an older dog with some health challenges. Epileptic seizures, diabetes, and an enlarged heart. We need to keep track of who gave him what when. Five times each day there are medications to be administered. The app is connected on line, so we can always see when the other person has taken care of a dosage etc. due to his diabetes we also keep track of how often he needs to urinate, and that he has, within his routine time periods. Similarly with bowl movements, walks, and other remarkable events. There are icons for grooming, bathing, training etc. but we don’t use these. You can also track vet visit. We also track food and treats. You can filter on multiple events to review the log. Or review all or individual events in a stats chart over daily, weekly, or monthly periods. All very useful in communicating with the veterinarian providing follow up updates. Dog Log helps us keep our dog alive and in relatively good health with a good tail wagging quality of life

App has great functionality, awesome to keep track of new puppies actions at home with us and with dog walker. iOS glitches with adding custom actions. Cannot get past the page of selecting an icon without app crashing.

Quick and easy way to keep track of daily activities and have key pet info handy. Invaluable during the puppy phase!
