Limited banking options with Doha Bank (India) account

The banking options available for Doha Bank (India) are quite limited. There’s a pressing need for enhancing the bank’s mobile application and web page for Indian accounts. Improved features and a more user-friendly interface would significantly improve customer experience.

Statement

Unable to get statements from App

Enhanced User Interface is excellent

No customer support ID to write an email with screenshots

Can you create a bank email ID for customer support to know the communication reference and share the deduction details . It’s difficult to speak to 10 people and explain same issue

Meaningful update

The recent update was good with much needed look refresh. Earlier interface was good but looked outdated after using for 4-5 years. Some features like card payment have also benefited from this update - the cards screen and the payment screen are now easier to navigate and the amounts to pay gets shown with pre-filled amounts. Hope they maintain this quality in future too.

Reliable App.

Some times a transaction takes long time. Compared to other bank this app is user friendly and feel secured while doing the transactions.

plz add a possibility in app to share the account details easily with others , like a bar code sent once scanned gives the person at other end to view all acount details and pay to us easily
