The ads were so different and the game is so odd and disgusting my lil sis wanted to play this game and I'm deleting it hope this game gets banned or something

I just saw this game in my little sister iPad and I was shock to the level of adult choices and inappropriate and sick outfits portrayed here ..why a 4 year old have an adult bra choice and a thong?? Why there are simples and coloured of pedophillia here and very explicit content and adult “ trashy” outfits here?? ..can you explain?..I’ve been sick to my stomach watching this ..It clearly had a specific audience and It Never was Intended for Kids..
