Dollarbird offers auto-renewable in-app purchases to access Pro features that allow you to collaborate with your family or team. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. If auto-renewal is not turned off, your iTunes account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. The renewal cost will be the same as the currently active subscription cost. Subscriptions may be managed by you and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your iTunes & App Store Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

Lifeline to financial survival
Dollarbird has truly revolutionized the way I track my finances. Doesn’t seem to really be properly maintained
I honestly love the app as that is almost exactly what I need for my personal finances. However, it seems like they no longer try to add new features and are just raking money from the subscriptions when there seems to be easy improvements that can be made and that have been reported on their website without anything really new since 3-4 years ago. Obvious ones are removing transfers from the budget, small bugs of calculations being wrong depending on the view. I have other features that I think would be nice but seeing as how unresponsive they are, I really am looking to replace Dollarbird with something else that will listen to their users.
Glitch garbage
Info gets lost so inaccurate tracking of funds. Should be a totally free app because it's that bad.
Good app but not worth the subscription fee
There used to be an app exactly like this called Vault. It was a one-time purchase and it was perfect.
Dollar bird is a good app for simple cash flow tracking but not worth the fee.
Everything is subscription based now when it doesn’t have to be. It’s not like this app is getting piles of updates and work done to it. It’s a simple cash flow tracker
Good Software Costs Money
I am a long time user of Dollarbird, was really sad when it swapped to having no free tier. I tried similar apps but Dollarbird’s is simply better. The annual fee is a small price to pay for the financial management I get

Was Great to Begin With …
This app was great to begin with, and just keeps on getting better👍🏽
The digital envelope concept never worked for my wife and I - whereas this visual calendar based concept ‘just works’. We are both on board for budget / expense tracking and can now easily visualize where our accounts are at.
We have multiple accounts, all with different banks, so having a simple and centralized system is perfect for us.
it was the best app ever before the recent update
well designed, simple, intuitive interface. loved this app until it required me to subscribe, not one time purchase. I’m switching to vault. I’d happily pay money for dollarbird if it was one time purchase. very sad and disappointed.
Great app, but expensive
I've been using this app for years now and I really love it. I use it to track every expense and income I have.
I'm very saddened to learn that the app will no longer be free, but I totally understand. I would gladly pay for it if it could be a reasonable single paiement, but 4$/month is a lot, that's 50$/year for an app that is supposed to help me save money...
Like I said, I under their reasoning, but the price is greedy in my opinion, I just can't afford it.
Tired of subscriptions
I’ll be honest and say that this is an excellent app; I’ve been using it for a couple of years. The choice to go to a subscription based platform is a huge disappointment. I understand the need to pay for the app. I would gladly pay a one time fee of $20, or even $50 but I’m so sick of having to pay subscriptions for things these days that I will simply do without Dollarbird. I’m switching to Vault which does everything I need and charges a one time fee.
