I like the balance
There are some bugs around which I believe it’s because the product is in early development. For example, searching UI is a bit buggy with the side panel keep disappearing. Overall I love the product, it is a pleasant experience and it has full support on links and reference. The pricing is also very affordable in either buying out or subscription. It is less “techie” and more “human” than Obsidian. I like the trees animation. I think the primary obstacle for me will be not having a web version or Mac version. I take my notes primary on desktop and on-the-go with iPhone for quick and short ones. iPad is sort of in-between as it is difficult to type meaningfully without a hardware keyboard. If I attache the keyboard to my iPad to sit on the desk then it is better to just do it on my Mac with a big screen. And if I am going to use it for long term and having all my notes there, having a only mobile version will be a bit limited in my view. BTW, I like the journal function very much. I want to find a alternative of DayOne for a long time. DayOne doesn’t help me to do reviews. Domemo’s scrolling format is much easier to review my changes and updates over days and weeks.
