Bug made my entire army disappear
At the end of a battle the game just crashed. I thought that eyerything will be okay if I restart it because I had an active instant retain blessing. But when the game loaded I couldn’t retain my troops at the barracks or at the mercenary camp. Now I should spend days with collecting trade goods to recruit all my previous mercenary armies or pay for new crowns and get them back easier. Even after it I have to wait to recruit the lost troops… And there's no option to write to the custumer service about the bug. I can just read the FAQs. Congratulations Dominations team because I won’t buy crowns from you to fix the problem which you caused and I will delete this game and never spend money on it. This is not the first time when such a bug occured..

Using speed ups
Why can’t I use my speed ups? Every time I want to use one I get a network error and has to reload the game. Honestly this doesn’t bother me too much but it feels a little bit annoying at the time. I hope you will find a solution or do something about this issue.
Rewards no longer available
The game was giving daily rewards by watching videos in the past, although since the latest upgrade videos are no longer available as result none of advertised rewards cannot be anymore taken! Customer support does not help, they are suggesting to contact their 3-rd party partner directly. That’s not user friendly!
Don’t play with this game!
Very unorganised support you have, the game have many bugs and extra problems. When you will spend money on the game and one day you cannot get access that time you feel regret! Don’t play no regrets!
What is goal?
i don't understand the purpose of the game. Buildings/units upgrade etc takes a half a day, the effective game play is couple of minutes /day. of course if you spend a lot of cash you can speed up the things but why? no enemies no real goals. the only things what you can do is to give orders to upgrade things and collect the rewards.
Don't spend your money
After more than 2 years of playing, and spending quite a bit of money along the way, my game one day just crashed and wouldn't load. I was chasing customer support for over a month and they couldn't fix the problem. Eventually they 'restored' my account to an approximate match of my progress. Of course, paid for Estates were missing, they forgot to include any research or building that cost oil (the most difficult resource to obtain, and literally no resources or crowns to make up for the mess. It was a fun game to play but be aware that the money you spend might just go down the drain as Nexon can apparently take away your progress and purchases at their whim.
