Domino's Delivery Experience

Instead of working on useless updates, the developers needs to work on bugs and fix it first. The app is restarting every time when I open it and it’s been like that for the past few months.

(domino’s employee) all of my co workers have their app working but it’s just me who’s app is different and does not let me to log in, while they are logging in they have country selection droplist on the top, i don’t have that and that’s the only visible difference. I can’t login please help!

I really do like this app, the only part I find annoying is you have to login every day at the store, then login again with this app. I wish the app would automatically log you in when you login at the store. Also I wish it would show upcoming deliveries so drivers don’t need to keep checking the delivery screen.

Essentially cant use the app unless at a complete stop? For what????

No quality everything is the same just made up to look like something else YUK!!

Crashes often, wouldn’t pull up deliveries for last half of shift and that’s the new version. Potential to be like uber eats driver, but isn’t there yet.

Too sensible and lags/freezes itself to often.

App is terrible not working properly!! Gives zero feedback about Velocity and is giving negative scoring for u turns. Speed bumps, traffic causing to go below speed limit during rush hours!! Needs calibration and maintenance

Almost Every time I take a delivery there is usually a problem that is linked with this App. The app is horrible with GPS tracking and will take off 10+ points for speed and acceleration and braking even if I’m driving like a grandma. The app also randomly logs me out in the middle of deliveries, and there are times when the app doesn’t even let me log in at all. Sometimes the app doesn’t even show me my delivery after it has been dispatched. Not to mention I can no longer find the app by searching for it on the App Store I have to go to a website and have it redirect me to the App Store.

As a delivery driver that has to use this app. This is horrible. The app constantly crashes and has he tendency to take me to completely different locations than the address says. It also affects my phone heavily. It constantly crashes and crashes my other systems that I’m using like CarPlay. This app needs to be fixed ASAP for the drivers that are required to use this garbage.
