Frustrating
The app is very frustrating. Took me long to make a proper booking and I could not even enter my proper address.
Location of a store
The app is cool however I have issues with the location of a store. It could have been made much easier with a list of stores provided to select from.
Am displeased with the service
I requested for buy one get one and I was so surprised when I was giving one I told the I did buy one get one and it took them almost 40-55 mins to attended to me, I see this as poor service and I was not encourage at all to return next time which too bad for the company image. No one is forcing the company to do promo if I buy promo pack the didn’t mean I should be neglected and be treated as nobody in your store it was so bad to the extend I ask for returned if the cash before someone finally attended to me. I think this is an insult on my person which I don’t think I deserve for patronizing the company.
FIX IT!!!
The address list is seriously lacking!! There’s a store 3mins away on Wempco Road, yet the app ‘cannot deliver to my address’ When I call the store, they deliver easy, why is the app different. Please, fix it!
Speed improvement
Easy to access and navigate but can very slow. This area still needs improvement
Unable to place order
You guys need to fix your App. It keeps on throwing an error whenever someone tries to place an order
Prices.
The app is good. But one thing I would say is that I would prefer if the prices are shown before I make an order.

Awesome place with nice pizza but can be over crowded especially when they run promos
Sooo unreliable
Can this app just be pulled down. It functions only 30% of this time which is soo irritating 😠. Right now it can’t even open up... just showing white. My kind of person I don’t like phone conversations I prefer to just write or type & how can I just place an order if I can’t open the god damn app.
