My property management company (which should be noted is the absolute worst in the world) dropped a letter at my door notifying me of the change to this app. The first step to use this service and to pay my rent is to select my property. Well, big shock…the property is not listed anywhere.

I set up auto-pay within a minute, love it!
I like that I don’t have to pay an extra fee to pay my rent. I just don’t like that I am not always able to view my payment history or view breakdown of charges. It’s always buffering, it feels like the only thing I can do is make a payment and that’s it. Nothing else. Even after the “update” and refreshing, it’s still giving me the same problems, but it’s whatever I guess.

I found that this app is very very simple to use and understand. I love it.
When you are trying to deposit a personal check the camera will not rotate to capture the check. The check image comes out distorted. It takes multiple times before it decides to accept the image. Easier to write a check and mail it.
