E-Mail function not working
The email functionality of this app is not working forcing me to send emails from my personal service
No Venmo?
I haven’t been able to find Venmo this year on the app. I used it a few times last year and it was very helpful

Repeat emails difficult
Can’t easily delete a name from an email to send to another donor. Sending emails very painful.

Great for depositing checks. Really frustrating trying to share page with messenger.
Not so hot
Just started using and found my old credit card was on the account. Very difficult to change. I had to make a second donation to add a different card. Emailing is not user friendly. I don’t seem to find or haven’t found my old list of donors and team members. I cannot figure out how to send a thank you to donors. The page button says select all but none are selected. Mary
Easy app to fumble in, support not responsive
This app makes it too easy for errors to be made and there's no way to fix them without emailing tech-support and then they don't get back with you.
