I signed up for the 7 day trial and a monthly subscription with the Apple anonymous email relay. Well apparently they don’t support that. Their login through Apple redirects you in a nonnative way that doesn’t allow me to use the same way that I signed up. I tried messaging support and they spent the entire 7 days of my free trial clueless. They couldn’t find any way for me to login. I only got to experience the app for one day. Again it clearly isn’t designed to be a native iOS app. The font sizes are not appropriate for use on an iPhone, especially not for a child. All the emails that I received from their automated system were also formatted wrong or missing text.

Hi this is me, a kid who uses doodlemaths. So this app is great for learning, and would reccomend for your child. One small problem is that today i was doing doodlemaths and there was a question asking “how much is _____ml equal to in L? And i typed in 14.3, which was the right answer but i think there is some kind of visual glitch because instead of 14.3L, it said 14.3ml. So it’s a good app, but one small issue. Thank you for lpreading this review i guess

I have been trying to see if I can get in touch with someone from doodle maths team but there is no number or contact available. Every time my child tries to move ahead to a different level it keeps asking to subscribe. I have 4 subscriptions for the same child otherwise it wouldn’t allow her to move ahead. I hope they don’t charge me 4 times. Also it’s very glitchy. It doesn’t work well on iPhone.it keeps saying there was an error. Hope someone helps me to sort this issue .

Cannot get the app to work at all after I did the update yesterday. It crashes the minute I try to open it. I have deleted so many apps on my iPad just to give extra space and yet it’s not working. Pls help me fix the problem as my child uses this app for school.

Ok, so I bought this game because I need to study math facts everyday. This game sounded so fun! I downloaded it and made an account but at the end I had to pay and my mom doesn’t let me pay for that stuff. She DEFIANTLY won’t let me download the games where you have to pay once a month a stuff like that. I just want a lifetime pay. If you can please make the game free!! I would really like to play. I understand if you can’t because you need the money but if you can try to make it free or at least try too please make most of it free!!! Or some of it!! EVEN a little bit free!!
