A very good and secure system!

It only works when it feels like working. Terrible design need to update it.

Accessing the camera is sometimes impossible. I just get an error message. And trying to get the verification code to register the app is an exercise in futility. The system was chosen and installed by our electrician. If you have a choice, try a different system.

The door bell entry works really well. Connects with my phone too, so I can open the gate remotely. Only reason for 4 out of 5 would be the lack of a time record. It would be good to know what time the bell was pushed.

Always difficult to join wi fi

It does little more than a basic doorbell. No recording, no history of usage (no day/time/photo) with poor video quality. App works ok when already at home but a little slow when away from home and over 4g mobile network. It’s basic but hardly a security device, just a simple doorbell with video. Cheaper and better can be found elsewhere (we had no input into choice).

Unfortunately it logs you out often for no reason, no memory snap if missed a call

Live on own great security and peace of mind

So far, all functions have worked. I am happy about this. However, the app interface is not inviting. The app icons are also weird. This is a reflection of the biticino website. I think you guys need some design work
