Doorzo - Japan proxy services

The moment I joined, three different pop up windows showed up. One was for currency, other was for some privacy setting, and the other was an ad. With everything showing up at once, I reset because I was confused. I was able to figure out what was going on, so I used the search bar and search for what I collect, figurines. The figurines showed up more when I didn’t search for them, but when I said “figure” they wouldn’t show up. It’s a new app, so I’m sure the search filters will improve. The main thing wrong with this app is again, they’re too pushy. Before I even get to see what it was about, I’m bombarded with ads. And before I got to search up something else, I’m forced to sign up. I didn’t even get to see what was going on and what I could use it for?

Everything on this app is affordable and good. Plus the coupons and deals are awesome even for someone like me who doesn’t have much money!

So excited to finally make the change from Buyee over to Doorzo, so far it’s an incredible service and i wont be missing the hefty fees and trouble from before! I really like how easy it is to browse all of the different stores, and I looove using mercari japan, absolutely recommend if there’s items that are hard to get in yo country!

I’ve been trying to find a good proxy service for a long time, i’ve tried places like buyee and zen market but i was never happy with the shipping prices and overall experience. but doorzo is perfect. shipping is greatly priced even when you consolidate a lot of items. I did an order with almost 100 things and the shipping was only 200, and considering it coming from japan and being such a huge package it was a steal! and the products are so cheap. things that would be over 20 bucks in US markets i’ve gotten for a dollar. And the coupons are so good and easy to use, i’ve found on other proxy services the coupons are very confusing to use and there’s always complications. with doorzo it’s straight to the point and easy. I love this app so much, i’m never gonna order from places like mercari again knowing i can get anime merch here for a fraction of a price!

While shipping is a little pricey, that’s understandable. Customer service has been kind and helpful and I am able to easily navigate myself through the app.

Love this app great app if you’re looking for Japanese products or games or anime merchandise for cheaper this prices here are cheaper than retail and they do have a cheaper shipping option wich takes longer I don’t mind that tho but it would be nice if the app could lower some of the shipping costs nonetheless fantastic app I’ve been using it now for a months now and got lots of good stuff for cheap so I highly recommend this app.

I rarely write reviews but this app seemed fairly good and easy from how it was advertised to me, but it is a NIGHTMARE trying to get a hold of anybody. I was confused why my money wouldn’t go through and the only responses I was given were robotic and did not apply to my situation. I still am willing to give it a shot but it is so frustrating trying to use it.

So far its been a pleasure experience using this service. Easy to understand and navigate!
