Ist das Euer erst, dass man die teuer erworbenen Digitalen Schlüssel nach neu Installation von mobile access nicht mehr auf dem selben Geräte verwenden kann?

Hallo Entwickler, was wurde bei dem Update verbessert, Kann ich mir jetzt die Türereignisse dazu kaufen, wird es jetzt funktionieren?

seit Monaten kann man keine Türereignisse mehr auslesen. ich hab die Hoffnung aufgegeben und werde meine Schlösser wohl wieder verkaufen

Das passt nicht zu eurem Qualitätsanspruch.

Türereignisse werden gelesen und nicht mehr angezeigt. Der Zustand ist schon seit mehreren Monaten so. Die App stürzt ab, wenn man nach unten scrollt. Seit August keine Ereignisse vorhanden. Da ich für diese Funktion bezahlt habe, das Problem bekannt ist, wäre es schön eine Reaktion zu erhalten. Ansonsten ist das Schloss und die dazugehörige App natürlich prima, aber eben nicht, wenn so lange Probleme existieren und man als Kunde kein Feedback bekommt. Vielen Dank

App stürzt ab

Grundsätzlich eine gute App, allerdings stürzt die App bei jedem Aufruf der Türereignisse ab und ändert das Verhalten auch nicht, wenn die App neu installiert wurde. Gibt es hierfür Hilfe?

App funktioniert aber…

Die App funktioniert, leider kann ich die Tür Ereignisse nicht mehr abrufen, ich hatte die Erweiterung für 9.99Euro extra gekauft und seit dem Update Übertragt die App leider nichts. Das IPhone 12 baut eine Verbindung auf und vibriert, mehr passiert jedoch nicht. Schade.

die App funktioniert soweit und schließe mich den anderen Usern an, das es keine Übersicht gibt wer auf welcher Tür welche Rechte hat was auch schlecht ist, ist der Feil zurück auf dem Iphone 12 da er viel zu weit oben ist und der Druck vom Finger nicht mehr akzeptiert wird . Da sind andere Apps besser Gerne das abstellen

Ich habe den Support kontaktiert weil ich es schade finde das man in der App keine Übersicht bei den Benutzern hat zu welcher Tür sie Zutritt haben hierfür muss man sich durch jedes Schloss klicken dass raubt Zeit bei der Einrichtung
