This app was exactly what I needed on my return home from an emergency surgery. It made keeping track of my pain meds so simple as well as keeping my pain under control to assist the healing process. It was so simple to set up and use. I’d recommend it to anyone relying on regular medications.

I like this app and used it for many years, but unfortunately there is no ongoing development and issues are not being worked on anymore. Which makes the app more and more unattractive to use. Newcomers, don't start with this app.

My wife and I both use this App to keep track of any medications we take both the occasional prescription and over the counter. It can often come as a surprise to see how the occasional sinus or headache pill adds up over time. The stats are useful when advising the doctor how much of various tabs have been taken and how long since the last one was taken before the current episode. The developers have provided regular updates to improve the App and have made it very convenient to record the data. I have even had some reminders pop up on my Apple Watch which shows the developers are on the ball and do not rest on their laurels! WELL THE ABOVE STORY IS WHAT THE DEVELOPERS USE TO SELL THE APP !! In fact it worked reasonably well until the last update destroyed all our app data! So now I have to start again or find another app to do the job or maybe go back to keeping non digital records. Also it seems that the developers have removed most of the useful features into their subscription model which is popular with a lot of developers to make more money. I have discovered a new MedicineWise app that contains an Australian medication database and a comprehensive fact sheets. So this will now be our app of choice.

I’ve been using this app for a few years now. During a busy day I forget what time it is. This app is so good, it reminds me when I need to take my medication. Without fail. I just wish during daylight savings it automatically changes my times. Or prompts me if I would like to adjust the times to suit day light savings. However I still love this app. I wish I could afford the upgraded version.

This is one of the best Medication Apps available. I have been using it daily since 2011 for my prescription meds & various supplements etc. Super daily management tool and historical records. Don’t trust your memory; use Dosecast. Bruce (Australia)

As above. Very disappointed. Was pretty good until app updates lost all my data.

Find the app useful especially when taking multiple medications with doses that may vary. Like the notion that one can check when analgesics can be safely given. Overall I find it helpful. Does not replace common sense however.

I’ve been using this app before it changed to a subscription based “premium” and paid a little extra for it and I definitely have used it a lot. It’s easy to make changes as your needs change and the reminders are literally life savers. There’s lot of useful functions and all round there is nothing you could want more. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it looks exactly the same as it did years ago when I started using it and nothing has really changed at all. Considering all other apps freshen up their looks regularly and maybe streamline user ability, it would be nice to see a new look. Also, it would be great if there were more functions on the Apple Watch instead of just “Dismiss Reminder” - would be good to be able to hit “Take” at the very least. Overall, very happy for what I paid for it several years ago.

I started with this several days ago. It takes just a little effort to do the initial entries and set up sensible schedules allowing for sleep. For chronic issues I am using both prescribed medicines and supplements, including my own invention of big protein and bladder calm (jelly/jello made with gelatin, hot water then cranberry juice). It’s of course happy to include whatever you want to include and does prn as well as schedule. Initially feeling a bit horse-whipped by imposed routine, but realising how valuable to have reminders. Set up your times for taking stuff in same-time clusters. Enter times for earliest you may need because if you try to say you took your dose early, it will slap your hand and send you to your room if more than an hour early. It does the job in free version, don’t know if I will need the deluxe. Thank you!

This app reminds me to take my meds every morning. I’ve tried using my alarm but this is better.
