Dossier Perfumes

I had about $23 of credit and wanted to buy a bottle of bright crystal as a late Christmas gift but the app wouldn’t apply my credit which expired December 31st. I’m super disappointed because I had just purchased 6 bottles a few days ago. I earned those credits and it’s unfair that’s I couldn’t use them. I feel ripped off honestly.

Honestly I have zero issues with this app or the website UNTIL I need to exchange anything. Whoever is writing the code for mobile returns needs to refine their skills. You’re good up until you need to choose an item to exchange and then your choices never populate on the website - forcing you to make a full return or do it on a desktop. On the app it’s even worse because once you hit back after making your selections it goes back to the Home Screen. Wasting my time on what should be a simple five click process.

This is the perfect app and I’m glad I found Dossier. They have the vast range of luxury impressions and Dossier classic scents at the fair and reasonable prices. Loving my recent purchases and looking forward to buy more from them.

Fragracias excelentes

I am baffled by this whole experience honestly. I ordered 5 perfumes back in November and it is now the end of December and I have yet to receive them however I reached out on Nov 30th regarding a question and never heard back and then on December 5th about my order and have never heard back. It is now the end of December and I have no items that I paid a lot for but also no one will respond back to me and my order still doesn’t say fulfilled. Like is this a scam and Dossier just took my money?

No one responds. My order never got here and no one will respond to my emails. I’ve been emailing everyday for 10 days and I still have not received a response as to where my order is. Horrible service, horrible app. Would never recommend anyone to order from dossier

Wonderful smelling colognes dang near identical to their counterparts I’ve gotten so many compliments from the 10 I’ve gotten you can’t tell the difference

Wow how quick my order arrived . Open my nicely box fragrances . I order Amberly Vanilla and Woody Ginger for my sons for Christmas. I had to sneak a tiny spritz of AK (Tom Ford) omg all I can say is the it’s the BOMB
