Not easy to cancel. I tried to cancel and I thought I did. You cannot cancel on your phone. It has to be in the webpage. I used the program enough to know I didn’t want it. I disputed charge and the makers of the app did not honor even though they can see is didn’t use the program. Maybe it is a good program for some. This shows me that customer satisfaction is not their priority. These days we need company’s that care about consumers.
TriDot is an excellent platform for triathlon training. Not only do you get daily customized training activities scheduled for you, but you also have the weekly podcast and a Facebook group. Together this is a wonderful community and educational experience that supports my triathlon lifestyle. TriDot also integrates with your iWatch. Using the “Dot Connect” App you can have your workouts synced to your training calendar and after completing a workout have it uploaded directly to TriDot platform. TriDot has embraced continuous improvement.
Tridot training took another step forward! While most people stick with their Garmin I love the apple ecosystem, and Dot Connect is the perfect addition to the TriDot app!
