I paid for the premium option and I have no access any oil recipes or other options. How can I get my money back?

While the app seems to work. There are numerous oils not listed,some missed spelled and not in alphabetical order. Example: Abode oil not listed or able to add to inventory. Black Fir should be changed to Black Spruce. Hinoki oil and Manuka oil not listed.

I downloaded the app and didn’t pay for the subscription and it gives you no information what so ever. If you are looking for truly free information on essential oils, this is NOT the app for you.

More user friendly

I have tried to get this to load any of the pages on several different days and nothing opens in less than a minute or more.

This app at first provided great details. It stopped working for me and I couldn’t ever find out who to contact to get it working again. DōTERRA said that it’s another company that owns it and I was never able to get a hold of this other company on their website or via email. I do not recommend it for his poor customer service, and the lack updates and information it did not provide.

It is the best EO App thst I have ever used!! It is So easy to find things and it explains things in such easy to read language! So Glad that this app was made! I Love that it has the recipes in it. And that everything is so FDA compliant so you don't have to worry about anything. and I like the part where you can save your favorite recipes. And that you can save the Orioles already have and that you can save the oils that you want also and it also has a place for notes!

I've only had this DoTERRA essential oil reference guide app for a matter of hours at this point, but I'm blown away by the information. It's presented in clear, easy-to-understand formats. So glad I downloaded this!!!

This DoTERRA essential oil reference guide is new app has the ability to become one of the, if not the, new go to app for EO users. It is fully FDA compliant, yet is also incredibly deep, with not only detailed facts about many essential oils, but also usage information, recipes and so much more. Well worth purchasing. You will use it every day.

I have tried tons of free EO apps & paid for more EO apps than imaginable. Even overlooking brand-specific just to find a good one. This app has been well worth the $. It really has everything you could possibly imagine all in one place. Recipes are amazing, oil section is so detailed and has been so educational. (Great app for beginners & experienced oilers) & I love the notes section where I can make lists. With updates it keeps getting better!
